Schaeffler Slovakia has been named the winner of the prestigious Best Employer 2024 award in the automotive industry category. This recognition, presented by Alma Career based on votes from employees, the public, and an expert jury, confirms Schaeffler’s long-term commitment to creating a motivating and supportive work environment for its colleagues.

Schaeffler excelled in competition with 18 companies in its category. The key criteria for voters included teamwork and colleagues, the company's reputation, job security, and long-standing tradition.
