Schaeffler teams up with IKO Nippon Thompson in Japan Schaeffler and IKO Nippon Thompson enter partnership to strengthen industrial business in Japan

The Motion Technology Company Schaeffler and IKO Nippon Thompson Co. Ltd., a company that specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of linear motion, rotary bearings and systems, have signed a sales partnership agreement.

IKO will distribute products from the Schaeffler portfolio in the Japanese market. The newly established cooperation will be made visibly apparent to customers at the Japan International Machine Tool Fair "JIMTOF 2024," which is a global leading trade show for the machine tool industry, held in Tokyo from November 5 to 10.

Enhanced product portfolio and improved market access

The partnership expands the IKO product portfolio and provides Schaeffler with improved market access for the benefit of the customers in the Japanese market. It is primarily focused on components and systems in the field of linear technology.
